• Doctor letter & P.M.D.C. certificate copy (if doctor)
• Employment certificate: stating applicant’s position and duration of employment & mention salary
• Proof of income: (last 3 months salary slips)
• Up to date last 6 months bank statements & Account maintenance certificate Minimum balance up to 10 lac Per Person, signed and stamped by the bank.
• Last 02 years income tax return receipts or Challan copies
• CNIC copy & English translation
• Property documents in your name only (if any)
• FRC (family registration certificate) issued by Nadra
• MRC (marriage registration certificate) issued by Nadra
• Contact address or hotel reservation in Canada
• Children’s: under 18 b form and parents’ passport and CNIC copy
• For students: a recent original Bona‐fied letter from your school, college or university.
