Terms & Conditions

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance of the terms & conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these terms & conditions prior to booking.

1. Complete tour is subject to visa approval.
2. You are requested to pay advance amount i.e. Rs. 200,000/= upon final confirmation. Receipt for such will be provided upon payment. Payment can be made by the following methods: –
3. Cash               Bank transfer to our company account       iii.         Cheque issued in our company name
4. Aalishaan Travel & Tours is not responsible for the issuance/refusal of visa.
5. Once the package enrollment is confirmed than there will be cancellations + service charges will be applicable depends on which stage you are cancelling the tour

5. If you are unable to travel due to any reason, your passport will be held by Aalishaan Travel & Tours for the entire duration of visa validity.
6. We are having highly professional staff to process all your documentation and we will only process your application once we are fully satisfied with your strong ties to Pakistan and about your intention to travel Europe.
7. We will make all visa cases on individual basis so we may need extra documents from you in order to make your case strong and for that we may need some extra documents from you.
8. Tour will be leaded by our representative(s) and their instructions should be followed throughout the tour.
9. Our Europe hotels will not be in city center however we will be doing city tours from morning to evening and will try our level best to cover all major points.
10. The tour will be as per itinerary. This should be strictly followed as the tour will begin on the exact given time.
11. In case of Covid positive quarantine expence will be covered by passenger it self
12. We constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary – we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
13. Aalishaan Travel & Tours will accept no responsibility for losses or additional expense due to accident, COVID+, delay, weather, strike or cause beyond its control.
14. Aalishaan Travel & Tours do not accept liability for acts of violence for any single person sharing a room with others.
15. Any unused portion of the tour or meals listed are non-refundable, no matter whatever the reason that you cannot continue with the tour.
16. Aalishaan Travel & Tours is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
17. Passengers shall be regarded as carrying their own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The company is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or expense which may arise during the tour.
18. Aalishaan Travel & Tours will not be held responsible if passenger carries any unlawful items or irregularities. Any losses and expenses are the responsibility of the passenger.

The company, tour guide and driver do not accept liability for lost or stolen personal property during the tour.

• *ALL VISA CHARGES ARE NONREFUNDABLE – IN CASE OF DELAY OR REJECTION OF ANY VISA AALISHAAN WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE
• Group trip cancellation and refund charges depends upon the time at which you are cancelling the trip . It is on AALISHAAN’s management discretion to decide about the cancellation or refund charges depending on the situation .
• ROOM SHARING WILL BE ON AALISHAAN DISCRETION (UNLESS BOOKED SINGLE SHARING) – AALISHAAN WILL ACCOMODATE ON TWIN/TRIPPLE SHARING WHERE PRICES ARE THE SAME OF TOUR PACKAGE.
• ANY VERBAL COMMUNICATION/COMMITMENT MADE BY OUR OFFICE SALES PERSON REMAINS VOID UNLESS IT IS WRITTEN AND SIGNED BY MANAGEMENT.
• PAYMENT MADE (AFTER RECEIVING TOUR PACKAGE PDF FILE ALONG WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS) IS ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS ALONG WITH TOUR PACKAGE
• IN CASE OF ANY REFUND AALISHAAN SERVICE CHARGES WILL BE NONREFUNDABLE
• AALISHAAN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REFUND WHICH IS NOT DIRECTLY IN THE HANDS OF AALISHAAN LIKE AIRLINE POLICY , HOTEL POLICY , WAR SITUATION OR ACT OF GOD. IT WILL BE DEALT APPROPRIATELY WITH FURTHER HOTELS OR AIRLINE.
• Aalishaan can cancel group trips any time due to airline unavailability or visa issues or hotels unavailability, aalishaan will not be responsible for any extra expense which you have made, apart of our group trip cost
