• Participants are responsible for their baggage’s and have to carry themselves
• In Case of Sudden Increase in USD Roe to Pkr, Will Affect the Total Cost and Company May Charge Extra
• Participants should behave ethically with other group members otherwise company holds the right to cancel his/her membership at any
  time (for group trips)
• This is just a quote; no bookings have been made until confirmation from client with payment.
• Company is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents
• Company will not be held responsible for any kind of loss of valuable items
• Incase of cancellation no returns will be made/or according to policy communicated by our sales representative in written.
• Company holds the right to cancel the booking and trip at any time with refunds

• Participants are highly encouraged to avoid any sort of religious/political arguments while on the trip (group)
• Adventure/outdoor activities carry a potential risk of personal injury. Neither the participant or any of their heirs or legal representatives
  shall raise any compensation from the company in case of any injury/mishap
• Tour will be leaded by our representative(s) and their instructions should be followed throughout the tour (for group trips)
• We constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond
  our control make changes necessary – we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures
  may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages. (For group trips)
• Aalishaan Travel & Tours will accept no responsibility for losses or additional expense due to accident, delay, weather, strike or cause
  beyond its control.
• Aalishaan Travel & Tours do not accept liability for acts of violence for any single person sharing a room with others.
• Any unused portion of the tour or meals listed are non-refundable, no matter whatever the reason that you cannot continue with the
  tour.

• Passengers shall be regarded as carrying their own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The company is not liable
  for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or expense which may arise during the tour.
